Benefits of Becoming an AOS Pathway Student

Becoming an AOS Pathway Student prioritizes your placement in upcoming AOS classes and provides early access to exclusive benefits, including:

  • A $1,000 AHA Coupon to use toward Live on Zoom or In-Person AHA Events.
  • Access to the AOS Pathway Tab in your student portal, featuring tools like:
    • AOS Library at Psychotherapy.net with over 350 clinical demonstration videos.
    • AOS Glossary with over 1,575 AOS related terms, definitions, and flashcards.
  • Access to Exclusive AOS Pathway Events, allowing you to interact with AOS students and instructors before starting AOS.
  • “Your Name | AOS Pathway” signifier in your Zoom square to identify yourself and easily connect with other AOS Pathway students.

Follow the steps below to stay on track and secure your place in the next class.

Steps of the AOS Pathway

Your Path to Enrollment in the AOS Degree Program in Mind-Body Psychology

  1. Submit Your AOS Application – Complete the AOS Application to begin the enrollment process.
  2. Schedule Your Admissions Interview – Meet with Lauren, the AOS Admissions Advisor, to review your application, program details, and schedule your financial aid appointment.
  3. Complete Your Financial Aid Appointment – Meet with Michael, the AOS Financial Aid Advisor, to explore funding options and determine your eligibility. During your call, you will:
    • Submit Your FAFSA
    • Sign Your Enrollment Documents in your Student Portal
  4. Complete All Academic Requirements – Finish your first year requirements and log your CCH to qualify for graduation.
  5. Contact Your Student Counselor for Support – Your student counselor can help you create a plan for success and ensure all requirements are met before the graduation deadline.
  6. Schedule Your Graduation Call and Graduate by the Deadline – Meet with your student counselor to officially graduate and verify readiness for AOS.
    • The Graduation Deadline is the Thursday before the class starts.
  7. Start AOS on Orientation Day – Welcome to your next level of HMI Training—your personal journey toward mastery begins!

How Do I Become an AOS Pathway Student?

You’ll achieve AOS Pathway Student Status once you’ve completed the following:

  • Submit your AOS Application
    • Lauren will contact your Student Counselor for a recommendation.
    • Must be in good standing with HMI and make sufficient academic progress to be eligible.
  • Complete your Admissions Interview
  • Schedule your Financial Aid Appointment

To maintain AOS Pathway Student Status, you must continue to make progress toward enrollment by completing the following:

  • Have a scheduled Financial Aid Appointment or have completed the following steps:
    • Submit your FAFSA
    • Sign your Enrollment Documents in your Student Portal
