It was very interesting to see the evolution of Hypnosis and how it seems to be connecting our current scientific/modern approach to healing back to ancient healing practices all the way back to the Egyptians. Seems like a lot of ancient knowledge keeps getting validated and understood these days through the modern lens... finally.
