Produced by the American Hypnosis Association, this short but fact filled documentary, is the first step in your HMI College of Hypnotherapy journey.
This online course also includes a workbook, and online quiz which serves as a prerequisite, for your application to HMI’s Accredited Hypnotherapy Training.
It is recommended to have your workbook open for reference, while taking the online quiz.

I liked it a lot, I've been rereading the study guide a lot making notes. It's really interesting seeing the varied history of it, how obscure it was at times while being studied and understood in some sense at the same time. For people to know its use yet be afraid of the ignorance surrounding its practice.

It was very informational and in depth, providing an array of ways hypnosis has evolved overtime. To learn about self hypnosis was fascinating because it used frequently in treatment settings but termed differently "positive affirmations" or through the idea and power of "manifestation."
