Biography for Anna Machkalov, CHt
Helping clients heal from the inside out through subconscious transformation and soul-level support.
Anna is a Certified Hypnotherapist who graduated with honors from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in 2023. Guided by a deep passion to help clients work with their subconscious minds, triggers, and emotional wounds, her journey into hypnotherapy was born from a lifelong quest to understand consciousness, human behavior, and the meaning of life itself.
After attending countless seminars, transformational retreats, and psychological workshops, Anna realized that true change begins within—and made the life-altering decision to attend HMI. In her words, it was “the best decision of my life.”
Before becoming a hypnotherapist, Anna spent over two decades in the medical field as the surgical coordinator and practice manager for world-renowned oculoplastic surgeon Dr. Guy Massry in Beverly Hills. This experience gave her a rare lens into the intersection of mind, body, and healing, and deepened her sensitivity to the emotional and psychological needs of patients navigating stress, fear, and self-image. Today, she combines her clinical background with intuitive, heart-centered hypnotherapy to support individuals in healing and transforming from the inside out.
Anna specializes in pre- and post-surgery hypnosis, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, insomnia and sleep challenges, relationship issues, PTSD and trauma recovery, as well as peri- and menopause emotional support. She is passionate about helping clients rewire limiting beliefs, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner wisdom. Her work is especially focused on emotional resilience, self-love, and the mind-body-spirit connection—always honoring the uniqueness of each person’s healing journey.
For Anna, hypnotherapy isn’t just a method—it’s a calling. She believes in the incredible power of the subconscious mind and is devoted to helping clients access their own inner healing, clarity, and peace. Through her work, she offers not only guidance, but a safe and empowering space to return home to yourself.

In addition to her private practice, Anna has had the profound privilege of working with a wide range of clients through Joymind, a leading platform in clinical hypnotherapy. This experience has allowed her to support individuals from all walks of life—from professionals managing high-pressure careers to mothers navigating overwhelm, from those healing heartbreak and betrayal to individuals moving through grief, trauma, and deep-rooted anxiety. Each session reaffirms her belief that no two minds are alike, and every soul holds the innate wisdom to heal.
Anna brings her full presence and heart into every session, whether she’s working one-on-one in person, virtually with global clients, or supporting groups. She has built a thriving private practice rooted in trust, safety, and real results—empowering her clients to regulate their emotions, shift subconscious patterns, and step into their highest expression. Her style blends clinical tools with spiritual insight, always customized to meet each client’s needs, whether they’re navigating PTSD, sleep disorders, life transitions, or low self-worth.
As her business continues to grow, so does her mission: to remind people that healing is not only possible—it’s inevitable when the subconscious is aligned with self-love and purpose. For Anna, each client is not just a case—they are a sacred journey unfolding, and she is honored to walk beside them as they transform from the inside out.
