Biography for Anthony T. Holdampf, CCHt
Anthony Holdampf is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, author, and coach who works with the part of you that logic has never quite reached.
With over twenty years of experience in a personal development and mind work, he brings a practical and grounded approach to the kind of change most people have stopped believing is possible for them. Not the change that requires constant effort and willpower—the kind that happens underneath all of that.
He is the resident hypnotherapist at The Ranch Hudson Valley, an internationally recognized wellness retreat named among New York's top wellness destination and one of Time's Greatest Places. He works with clients both in-person and virtually, helping people around the world address anxiety, self-doubt, and the deeper patterns that shape behavior long after the conscious mind understands where they came from.
A daily drinker of two or more drinks found the desire gone after working together. Not reduced. Gone. A client who had spent years reaching for sweets noticed the pull simply wasn’t there anymore. Others describe a shift in how they move through the world. Less guarded. Less reactive. More themselves. Anxiety that once felt like something to manage became something they could actually shift in the moment it arrived.
Anthony began his career in the fitness industry before following a deeper question into the psychology of behavior and the subconscious mind. That background gives his work a practical edge. He is less interested in insight for its own sake and more interested in change clients can feel in their actual lives.
He is also a number one Amazon bestselling author of the Freedom and Hypnotic Shift Series, where he shares tools for transformation grounded in one core belief. Real change happens through understanding the mind not forcing it.
If you’ve tried to change something about yourself and found that knowing the problem was never quite enough, that is exactly where his work begins.

Experience
I came to this work the long way. I spent years in the fitness industry watching people transform their bodies while deeper patterns that were driving their behaviors stayed exactly the same. That gap between surface change and real change became something I couldn’t stop thinking about.
It led me to hypnotherapy and to the subconscious mind where I discovered that the patterns most people struggle with aren’t personality flaws or lack of willpower. They are patterns the mind learned for good reason at some point and simple never got the signal that it was safe to let them go.
I have been working with clients in this space for over twenty years and what still drives me is the moment something shifts for someone who had stopped believing it could. That moment never gets old.
