Arn is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience. As a Professional Trainer he appeared on 2 television shows, "Good Morning Texas" and "Insight".

In 1996 the Health and Fitness Magazine named Arn one of the Top Ten Most Popular Trainers in Dallas, Texas. In the year 2000 he was the Massage Coordinator for the Olympic Triathlon and Wrestling Teams.

Now, Arn has incorporated a new focus to his career, Hypnosis. As a Hypnotherapist, he is able work with the mind to help his clients get that mind-body connection. By changing behavior with positive suggestions.
