Biography for Christine Gishey, LMT, CMH

I am a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), where I have helped clients for 19 years to reduce pain and stress in the body. I also received my Bachelor’s of Science in Geology and worked in the field for 10 years prior to entering my career of healing and hypnosis.

I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where children and young adults learn how to eliminate stress and anxiety, remove self doubt, increase confidence, and overcome fears and phobias.

I have played sports all my life and continue to play Ultimate Frisbee into my 50’s. I believe that by harnessing the power of the subconscious mind, clients can free themselves from negative emotions and limiting beliefs giving them space for joy and exploration.

I have worked with young adults dealing with roommate issues, self confidence, and goal setting using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). In addition, I have worked with clients of all ages to reduce anxiety, fears, and increase a sense of calmness and relaxation through imagery.
