I specialize in helping my clients overcome anxiety, fears and phobias such as:

I excel at helping people quit smoking and free themselves from their tobacco addiction quickly and easily utilizing my Blueprint for Success. I also guarantees the results of my smoking cessation program.

Motivation and Goal Achievement

Coping with Cancer

Cancer is also a subject near and dear to my heart, and I work with clients and family members that are coping with the results of the dreaded diagnosis. As a cancer survivor myself, I have a unique perspective on how to mentally cope with and manage the side effects of treatment with hypnotherapy.

My Practice

Success with hypnotherapy is borderless, and with my office in Houston (virtually on Zoom), I effectively, successfully, and safely work with clients worldwide.

In addition, I offer free consultations, convenient online scheduling and also provide an MP3 of the hypnosis part of your session if requested.

I have a deep belief in the unlimited possibility of each person I work with and know that if you change your mind, you will change your life.

I hope that you have lived a life you are proud of, but if you haven’t, I hope you have the courage to change and become the person you know you can be. When you’re ready, I can help.
