Biography for Don Robért, CCHt

Don Robért is an award winning Honors Graduate from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute class of 2020. Don earned all the top awards, including the coveted Director’s Award, the distinguished Academic Achievement Award, and the Prestigious Clinical Achievement Award, the highest honor HMI bestows each year to its top graduates.

Don returned to his beloved HMI to complete the AOS Mind-Body Psychology Degree with Honors, in September 2024. His latest accomplishments include co-hosting a podcast called “Our Subconscious Speaks".

A little more about Don’s background; Don started working with others as a 12-step sponsor in 1987. He obtained a Degree in Communications, studied Psychology, and is a Certified Master Life Coach, NLP Success Coach, and Imagery Master.

Don has been a coach, mentor, and successful sales and operations leader for over 20 years. He has taken all that experience, wisdom, and education along with his enthusiasm and empathy into his hypnotherapy practice, and now his 360Hypnotherapy practice.

Experience

Don came to HMI with decades of experience in the self-help arena having started to face himself and his inner demons at the young age of 22 when he first got sober. In January 2025, he will celebrate 30 years of continuous sobriety. During that time he obtained an AA Degree in Communications, studied Psychology, and became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Certified Master Life Coach, and a Career Mentor.

He has read and digested 1,000s of introspective wonderings/readings. He has attended 100s of seminars, workshops, and assorted online and in-person sessions all geared towards helping himself to be in a position to be of maximum service and help others. Love and Service is his code with an overall motto of “How can I help?”

Now with two years of training from HMI and experience with numerous clients while under the watchful guidance of the amazing instructors at HMI, he has seen incredible success and has developed a keen sense of what is required to provide deep and effective change at the subconscious level for lasting change.
