Biography for Elizabeth A. Brager, CHt

Elizabeth Brager, CHt, is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and the founder of EAB Hypnosis. After more than two decades working in emergency medicine and first-response environments, she transitioned into hypnotherapy with a deep understanding of stress, resilience, human behavior, and the lasting impact of early life experiences.

Elizabeth earned her Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from HMI College of Hypnotherapy, graduating with honors and a 4.1 GPA. Her areas of specialized training include inner child work, ADHD, complex PTSD, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and advanced hypnotic methods for working with the ADHD mind.

Through EAB Hypnosis, Elizabeth helps clients identify and change subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and learned responses that may be keeping them stuck. She has a special interest in inner child work, toxic and narcissistic family dynamics, self-worth, the inner critic, ADHD, and emotional overwhelm.

Her approach, which she describes as “Science and Soul,” combines the psychology of subconscious change with compassion, intuition, and a deeply individualized client experience.

Experience

Starting out in emergency medicine, Elizabeth Brager spent many years witnessing the human capacity to adapt, cope, and endure. Her own experiences with childhood traumas deepened her empathy, giving her insight into how early life experiences can quietly shape the patterns we carry into adulthood.

Elizabeth’s own path included navigating ADHD, learning differences, and healing from those early wounds. Alongside her formal education, she cultivated intuitive skills, blending structured techniques with deep empathy and attunement.

Today, she combines her clinical background with a compassionate, individualized approach. Elizabeth’s work centers on helping clients understand the subconscious patterns beneath the surface and empowering them to consciously create new ones.
