Biography for Heather R. Evans, CMH

I specialize in helping women heal their body and restore balance and harmony in their lives by releasing trauma and embracing their true power.

A little about me: I worked in the beauty industry as a hairstylist for many years. Very quickly I started noticing my clients would come in month after month still talking about the same problem. This led me to search for answers as to why people had such difficulty making changes to improve their lives. The answer is located in the subconscious mind, and once I began to explore how the subconscious holds the key to transforming our lives, I was hooked.

I became a student of the subconscious mind, energy, healing, quantum physics, spirituality and discovered how they are all connected. In 2020 I earned my Diploma in Hypnotherapy at HMI and began a new career as a Hypnotherapist. My specialty quickly narrowed to helping women heal their mind, body, and relationships.
