Through hypnotherapy, we will examine the areas of life that may feel unfulfilling and develop strategies to build more meaning and consistency. By examining our current behaviors, we can develop interventions that focus on self-direction and self-autonomy.

Experience

My professional experience includes working as a certified peer counselor for inpatient care, drug, and alcohol counseling, and mental health counseling. I have provided mental health, hypnotherapy and drug and alcohol services for rehabilitation facilities, outpatient community mental health care, and private practice.

I have experience working with populations from diverse cultural backgrounds, many who experience addictions, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and adverse childhood experiences.
