I believe in you and I am passionate about you reaching your full potential.
My goal is to provide exceptional care, relief, and educate my clients on how to elevate their potential based on their individual goals and abilities.
I specialize in treating overuse injuries, teaching relaxation techniques and methods, stress relief, lower back pain treatment, shoulder pain relief, self-care, full-body conditioning, weight loss, and much more.
I combine massage therapy, personal training, hypnotherapy, and stretching along with proven modalities to provide you with a five-star quality of service and care.
A Little About My Formal Education
I graduated from the Utah College of Massage therapy in 1999. Soon after I became a nationally certified therapeutic bodyworker. In 2010 I felt there was a need for educating people on physical fitness and nutrition so I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Soon after, I enrolled again at NASM to become a behavioral change specialist and a fitness nutrition specialist. In 2017 I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I earned my certificate in health coaching and nutrition.
Most recently, in 2021 I obtained a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. I use hypnotherapy to help clients find their purpose and empower them to be their best self.
A Little About Me as a Person
I am passionate about continuous learning. The health and wellness industry is always changing. I take pride in keeping current in the industry.
My greatest experiences are being a part of my client’s successful health and wellness journey. It’s truly a joy of mine to watch my clients achieve what they once thought was impossible.
