Biography for Irina K. Robinson, CHt

Irina Robinson is a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt) and mind-body coach with over four years of professional experience, specializing in helping individuals overcome stress, anxiety, fear of public speaking, self-doubt, pain, and smoking addiction.

Irina holds a Master’s degree in Music and Teaching and completed her hypnotherapy training at HMI College of Hypnotherapy—the first Nationally Accredited College of Hypnotherapy in the United States—where she received one of the most comprehensive hypnosis educations available.

She graduated with High Honors and the Director’s Award in November 2025 and is currently continuing her education through AOS studies, pursuing a degree in Mind-Body Psychology. Irina is also a Professional Member of the American Hypnosis Association (AHA).

She is the founder of Irina Robinson TRUST Therapy, a transformative approach designed to help clients quit smoking, release limiting beliefs, build confidence, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Irina’s work combines personalized guidance with evidence-based techniques, empowering clients to create meaningful personal and professional breakthroughs. She offers private and group sessions, as well as public workshops, and speaks on topics including theory of mind, self-improvement tools, stress management, inner child work, self-esteem, emotional resilience, confidence building, and smoking cessation.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Irina continues her lifelong dedication to music and community service by playing and singing at Mass at a Catholic church in Laurence Harbor, New Jersey. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys music, nature, and multilingual communication.
