Biography for Jasmine Riley-Smith, CHt

My client-centered approach embraces each individual’s unique journey. I believe that within each client lies the key to their own transformation. Just as we trust the body to heal a cut without conscious effort, the subconscious mind knows how to guide us toward healing and growth.

Experience

As a Certified Hypnotherapist with half a decade of experience studying the power of the subconscious mind, and working one on one with clients, I am passionate about empowering individuals to tap into their innate inner resources.

My journey has been focused on specializing in client-elicited imagery techniques, Mental and Emotional Release Therapy (MER), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and complemented by years of experience in yoga, meditation and neuro-centric athletic development. I combine evidence-based practices with a heart based understanding of the mind-body connection.

Through my studies with some of the world’s leading hypnotherapists and ongoing education in Mind-Body Psychology, I’ve gathered powerful tools and techniques to facilitate profound and lasting change. I enjoy working with clients on various issues, including mastering menopause, weight loss, overall health and wellness, and personal development.
