Biography for Jenayalynn Riojas, CCHt
Jenayalynn Riojas is a U.S. veteran, educator, and mediator with more than a decade of experience guiding others through personal growth and transformation. With ten years teaching in the classroom, she has honed her patience for educating people on difficult concepts.
She has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from HMI, and is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist through the AHA with certifications in Hypnosis for Trauma and Hypnosis for Autoimmune Disorders.
Her work is informed by a rich blend of philosophy, metaphysics, and psychology—drawing on traditions such as existentialism, mindfulness-based practice, and metaphysical integration. Jenayalynn’s mission is to help clients release self-judgment, reclaim confidence, and experience safety and self-integration in both inner and interpersonal worlds.
Her approach offers clients not only individualized hypnosis sessions, but also a framework for understanding themselves as part of a larger cycle of becoming.
Jenayalynn provides a compassionate, structured space where clients can heal, grow, and move more confidently into their chosen identities.

Experience
Before becoming a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, she spent over two decades working at the intersection of human behavior and institutional systems—first as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman coordinating large-scale medical operations at the Naval Academy, then as a federal research contractor supporting the National Toxicology Program, and later as a certified family mediator helping individuals navigate high-conflict transitions.
Her graduate work in Sociology with a focus on institutional behavior gave language to what she had already observed in every role: systems rarely fail because of bad information—they fail because they're not built around how people actually work. That insight is the foundation of her clinical practice.
Jenayalynn works with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, and behavioral patterns that haven’t responded to conventional approaches. She brings a clinician’s rigor, a researcher’s curiosity, and a mediator’s instinct for what’s really underneath the surface.
