Biography for Kaylin Sheret, CHt

Becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist is deeply meaningful for me because it is my passion to help others learn about how the subconscious works and as a result create a more fulfilling and enjoyable life for themselves. I believe that true change happens when we change the stories we tell ourselves.

Our entire life experience is a direct reflection of our inner world. Let me help you make your inner world a beautiful place and watch your life change. My approach is to learn as much as I can about my client to develop the most effective and personalized approach to hypnotizing them. I like to think of my relationship with my client as a partnership. I am there to guide you, but the real work is always done by the client.

Through enrolling in HMI’s Clinical Hypnotherapy program and Graduating with Honors, I feel capable of helping my clients resolve issues, create new beneficial habits, and live a happier life. My specialties include: resolving social anxiety, past life regression, and releasing limiting beliefs.

Experience

I have worked with several clients to resolve a range of issues. I find that my approach of identify, replace, and reinforce works beautifully to allow my clients to recognize what subconscious programming is holding them back and insert new beliefs that are in line with their conscious goals.

I have worked with several clients to resolve social anxiety. This work is especially significant for me because I have used self hypnosis to resolve my own social anxiety. I believe going through this experience myself has made me especially equipped to help my clients let go of that fear themselves.

I have also guided many clients through past life regression using hypnotherapy. The experiences reported by my clients allowed them to have deeper insight into their lives and behaviors.
