She has witnessed the far-reaching effects of trauma within both civilian and military communities—and has made it her mission to help others rise beyond it.

Kimberly specializes in working with trauma survivors, veterans, service members, and their families. Kimberly Pelkey brings a powerful blend of lived experience and professional training to her trauma-informed healing work. Having overcome childhood trauma and spent over 20 years navigating life as a military spouse, she offers a deeply empathetic and unique perspective on the emotional challenges faced by both civilians and the military-affiliated community.

She is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner, combining these modalities to support lasting emotional healing and personal transformation. Her holistic approach is grounded in compassion and guided by spirit, offering clients an integrative path toward resilience and self-empowerment.

Kimberly is also committed to lifelong learning and professional growth. Her continued education includes certifications and training in Trauma Recovery, Inner Child Healing, Hypnosis & PTSD, Military Cultural Competency, Risk Assessment, and Senior Spouse Leadership Development. She is also trained in S.A.V.E. Veterans Suicide Prevention and has completed the Introduction to Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
