Leslie Bouché works with issues ranging from negative thinking and negative self-talk, to stress and anxiety, pain control, weight control, relationship issues, surviving divorce and break-ups, changing negative habits, and embarking on new life paths. Leslie believes strongly in the innate ability of all people to connect deeply within, to recreate themselves, change their lives, and uncover their vast reservoirs of inner resources and inner guidance.

It gives me great satisfaction to work in partnership with my clients to support and facilitate being active participants in their own transformation. My desire is to help clients cut from the negatives of the past, and then move forward in their lives in positive, constructive, and joyful ways, learning to treat themselves, and others, with love and respect. Each one of us has the ability to overcome our obstacles, build self-confidence and self-esteem. We can have stronger relationships, be more effective at home and in the workplace, and learn to trust our own inner guidance. By connecting to this deep inner wisdom, we learn to honor ourselves and live healthier and happier lives, this is true self-mastery.

In her private practice, one on one and over the phone, Leslie uses Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Guided Imagery, and Cutting the Ties That Bind (The Phyllis Krystal Method) to assist her clients in taking significant steps forward, experiencing success in their desire for lasting change. Offering calm and compassionate encouragement, Leslie provides comfort and safety for her clients to release the past, face their fears, find their inner strengths, and achieve greater balance and clarity in their lives.

Experience

Leslie has had a lifetime of commitment to the spiritual path and to doing inner imagery work. She has traveled throughout the world, and has pursued in-depth spiritual studies in India since the early 1970's. She studied for over three decades with respected therapist and author Phyllis Krystal (Cutting the Ties that Bind), learning inner imagery techniques and dream therapy. Leslie earned her Diploma in Hypnotherapy at Hypnosis Motivation Institute.

Leslie was a successful business owner for many years. She is also a parent, and committed to service to the community. As a result, she has a full understanding of the challenges inherent in balancing work, family, and spiritual life. Her experiences have taught her the great value of combining a passion for life and compassion for others with a lively sense of humor. In her Hypnotherapy Practice, Leslie is able to bring together all these elements to help her clients become empowered in their own lives.
