Lucia N. Maurer, CHt, believes that meaningful change begins when people feel safe, seen, and supported. She creates a warm, judgment-free space where clients can let down their guard,be heard, and discover that lasting change is possible.
Born in Rome, Italy, and now based in California since 2015, Lucia's professional path began with Reiki and craniosacral therapy, where she developed a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
She then pursued applied kinesiology through Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code, helping clients recognize emotional patterns affecting their lives. Still, she sensed something essential was missing. That search led her to the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, where she discovered the extraordinary power of the subconscious mind. Lucia became a Certified Hypnotherapist and during her advanced training, earned Certifications in NLP and MER.
Today, she integrates Hypnotherapy with NLP and MER to help clients move through limiting beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety, build confidence, overcome fears, enhance performance, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her style is gentle, practical, and deeply respectful of each client's pace and goals.
As a mother, Lucia feels especially called to support women and families. She is passionate about helping expectant mothers prepare for calm, confident births and enjoys working with children and adults who want healthier patterns and emotional resilience. She believes every person already has the inner resources they need. Sometimes those resources just need to be remembered.

Experience
Lucia brings more than a decade of one-to-one client experience to her practice. Her early work centered on helping people connect with their inner landscape through modalities such as Reiki—craniosacral therapy and muscle testing through applied kinesiology. This hands-on experience shaped her belief that the body and mind hold profound wisdom.
Building on that foundation, she now integrates Hypnotherapy, NLP and MER, to help clients access the subconscious more directly. Her sessions synthesize years of holistic practice with a focused subconscious approach to support stress relief confidence and personal growth.
