Biography for Matilda Sinani, CCHt

HMI graduate with honors, AOS in Mind-Body Psychology | Member of the American Hypnosis Association

Meaningful change begins with curiosity and a willingness to explore what is possible. My role is to help you explore that space with compassion, collaboration, and intention.

You don't have to keep responding to life in ways that no longer serve you.

Change doesn't have to be forced; it can begin with understanding. We'll start from where you are and build on the resources you already have, working toward greater awareness, choice, and self-direction.

You may already know from experience that lasting change takes more than simply trying harder. A compassionate, collaborative, and practical approach can create the space for something different to emerge.

I believe we're here not merely to survive, but to thrive, and I'm passionate about helping you work with your mind's natural capacity to support the life you want to live.

I currently offer private sessions via Zoom, allowing you to explore this work from the comfort of your own space.

Change is possible. Sometimes, all it takes is showing up with a willingness to explore and seeing what becomes possible from there.

Experience

As a mother and former board member of the Glendale College Parent Education Association, I’ve developed a special interest in working with parents and youth. My experience as a former Import-Export Specialist and Executive Assistant to CEOs has also shaped my attentive listening, teamwork, and problem-solving approach.

In my practice, I see change as a collaborative process. Through hypnotherapy, I work alongside clients who are ready to explore what they already have within them, and what they may be capable of developing to move toward a more fulfilling, thriving life. When appropriate, I also value working as part of a broader team, alongside other professionals who may be involved in a client’s care.
