Meredith Osetek provides an empathetic and confidential therapeutic experience, rooted in empowerment, integrity, and respect for all individuals.

Her goal is to have all clients leave sessions feeling reinvigorated and with personal power, drive, and purpose.

Meredith uses therapeutic cognitive and hypnotic methods to relax the mind and body, revitalize the spirit, and promote health and well-being for each client.

Experience

Meredith Osetek, CHt, MPA, became a Hypnotherapist because of the incredible results this modality of therapy provided for her. In her personal hypnotherapy treatment, she experienced spiritual, psychological, and personal breakthroughs unlike anything she had tried previously. Hypnotherapy helped Meredith to finally move past trauma, anxiety, depression, and limiting beliefs. From achieving personal goals, to finally being freed from destructive, self-sabotaging thoughts and habits, Hypnotherapy allowed her to grow and change her life in the ways she needed most. It is her mission and honor to assist others in living out their vision of a happy, healthy, purposeful life.

In addition to graduating from HMI with Honors, Meredith brings two decades of experience in healthcare where she coached and counseled others during some of their most private, emotional, and meaningful times in their lives. She has had years of success motivating and inspiring others to reach deep within and carry out the changes they desire. Meredith uses both cognitive and hypnotic methods, along with breathwork, journaling, art therapy, and aroma therapy. She believes in treating both the mind and body within her practice for total wellness. Meredith also works with young people and children and enjoys it greatly. She is inclusive within her practice and well educated in issues of sexuality, abuse, and relationships.

With great compassion and empathy, Meredith understands the intricacies of the human experience and the human spirit. Meredith believes that everyone has the power within heal and to make changes in their lives.

Meredith offers in-person sessions in San Diego, California, and remote sessions via Zoom and Messenger.
