Biography for Pam Jones, CCHt

I'm passionate about helping people overcome obstacles holding them back from living an abundant, healthy, and happy life.

As a Hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Imagery Master, I strive to help you let go of limiting beliefs in your subconscious mind, so that you have the confidence to pursue your dreams without the fear of failure and negative thoughts.

Perhaps you have trouble sleeping at night or are terrified of speaking in front of groups. With hypnotherapy, we can work on changing how you subconsciously see the world around you and how you react and respond to situations.

I'm the founder of Believing Mind Hypnotherapy in Richland, Washington, where I do online hypnotherapy sessions using a variety of methods which include Hypnotherapy, Therapeutic Imagery, Past Life Regression (PLR), and Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping (EFT).

I can help you achieve good health and happiness in your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you want to lose weight, quit smoking, reduce stress or sleep better, these are all foundational to good health and happiness. I love that I can help people achieve these great things in their life and would love to help you too.
