I am Rebecca Rosalez, a Certified Hypnotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, reduce stress, and create lasting change.

My approach blends evidence-based hypnotherapy with nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and subconscious exploration to help clients move beyond patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, trauma, confidence, weight management, smoking cessation, insomnia, grief, or personal growth, each session is tailored to your unique goals while honoring the wisdom of your mind, body, and spirit.

For those drawn to a deeper level of exploration, Rooted Realms also offers spiritually integrated hypnotherapy that includes Jungian dreamwork, past life regression, symbolic imagery, soul-centered reflection, and exploration of the deeper meanings behind recurring life patterns. Experience

My clinical foundation is built on more than two decades of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), and trauma specialist, complemented by advanced education in clinical hypnotherapy. I earned my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy with High Honors and continue to expand my expertise through specialized certifications and advanced trainings that integrate neuroscience, subconscious healing, and holistic wellness.

I am a Certified Specialist in Smoking and Vaping Cessation, Hypnosis and Weight Loss, Hypnosis and Childbirth, and Hypnosis for Insomnia and Sleep Disorders. My additional advanced training includes hypnosis for peri- and post-menopausal women, hypnosis for the loss of a beloved pet, crisis intervention hypnosis, Reiki Level II, and Past Life Regression Therapy. These diverse specialties allow me to tailor each session to the unique needs, goals, and life experiences of every client.
