Xavier has 20 years experience as a Mental Health Therapist (currently a Registered AMFT, working towards licensure). Focused on helping families, young children, adolescents, adults, groups and couples with struggles including anxiety, trauma, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anger, suicidality, attachment disorders, eating disorders and substance addiction.

Currently focused on utilizing Hypnotherapy to help adults with struggles related to fears, phobias, social anxiety, driving anxiety, smoking cessation, writer’s block, self-esteem/confidence, sleeping problems, low motivation, creative blocks, stress relief, insight building and struggles related to spirituality/existential questioning.

Also experienced as a recording multi-instrumentalist and producer, which is incorporated into sound-healing modalities. Utilizing custom-made/individualized sound healing recordings using 432hz tuning combined with hypnotic scripts and suggestions to continue to assist clients in reaching their goals in between sessions.
