Experience
My journey into hypnotherapy began from a deeply personal place. Watching my mother struggle with chronic pain and insomnia for decades inspired me to search for alternative ways to help her find relief. At the same time, my own experiences with chronic pain opened my eyes to the powerful connection between the mind and body.
My sessions are grounded in compassion and curiosity. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and guided toward their own natural healing potential.
