Biography for Carol Benton, CHt, CLC
I was fortunate to experience of the power of hypnosis to easily quit smoking decades ago. This is what opened the doorway for me to become a hypnotherapist. That, and personal growth work which includes a dedicated daily meditation practice.
I believe in living in alignment with the mind body connection and that a life infused with JOY, LOVE, and PEACE is available for us to reclaim as our rightful heritage. When we change our thoughts and our subconscious programming, our world improves and we move towards a life of expanded possibilities.
I help clients reach their goals by removing blocks, dissolving limiting beliefs and reinforcing positive motivating thoughts in their subconscious mind. I am passionate about helping people remove anxiety and improve their lives by shifting their perspective.
