Biography for Chris Geier, CHt
A true motivator, Chris Geier works with his clients to help them realize their full potential. Together, implementing a strategy for change, be it big or small, Chris uses hypnotherapy, therapeutic imagery, and his personal training and sports coaching skills to help clients achieve their personal goals and live the life of their dreams.
Chris specializes in sports performance for professional and amateur athletes. But, whether the goal is sports performance, fears and phobias, career success or personal growth, Chris's approach is to address the whole person and the uniqueness of each individual.
- Career Success
- Performance Anxiety
- Stop Smoking
- Weight Loss
Working with both teams and individuals for many years, Chris is an experienced athlete and coach, and has developed and shares his knowledge with the American Hypnosis Association teaching the Sports Hypnosis and Peak Performance Certification Course. Chris assists individuals to harness the power of their subconscious minds to positively affect body, mind, and spirit. No goal is too small and every client is the most important one. No matter what the issue, success is the answer.
Whether fencing on a nationally recognized team (U.S.A.F), as an extreme ski instructor, a certified private Ice Hockey and Roller Hockey coach, or as a volunteer for the L.A. City Parks and Recreation Department as a head coach for youth hockey ages 8-16 years, Chris has channeled his passion of sports activities towards teaching, training, and coaching.
Chris believes that hypnosis is a tool that allows one to have a different reaction to their automatic habits. Helping his clients change through the subconscious mind has inspired him to apply these principles in conjunction with guided imagery to help others overcome their challenges with weight management, fitness goals, anxiety reduction, smoking cessation, sports performance enhancement, self-esteem and self-motivation. A true "Motivator", Chris enjoys using his knowledge and background to help others experience the satisfaction that comes as a result of achieving their goals.
