Creating Healing with Eco-Somatic Release Therapy
Presented By: Carter Spencer
Saturday, July 18, 2026 - Starts at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time)
Join HMI Graduate, Carter “Clarity” Spencer, CHt, in this experiential presentation. “Eco-Somatic Release Therapy” is a technique that allows a client to release emotions, fears, and inner parts that no longer serve them by processing them through embodying a natural feature, rather than their physical body. By moving a client’s consciousness into a natural feature with imagery, a client can bypass resistances created by the ego to find healing.
For example, the sun can evaporate a fear from their surface as a body of water, the wind can shift and free them from doubt as a dune of sand, and gases can burn away their anxiety as a comet flying freely through space. For the client, at the end of the experience, they are able to feel themselves be "reborn", forming as themselves once again after this transformative process.
Animal Communication and the Subconscious Mind's Native Language
Presented By: Tricia Carr, Rev, CCHt
Saturday, July 18, 2026 - Starts at 11:15 AM (Pacific Time)
Animal communication (sometimes called interspecies telepathy) is a true, conscious communication between humans and animals, beyond words and physical proximity. Drawing on twelve years as an animal communicator and teacher, and AOS Graduate, Tricia Carr, CCHt, presents telepathic communication as an innate faculty of the subconscious mind—a natural ability we all have. Most of us have just been taught to ignore it.
We are lucky to have Tricia hear teaching this sampler of her NEW Full-Day AHA Seminar. Grounded in principles of quantum physics, Tricia bridges intuitive senses and the subconscious mind's capacity for non-local resonance, and how you can connect across distance—and why hypnotherapists are especially well-suited to develop this into a reliable skill. Attendees will leave with new insight into the subconscious mind's capacity, helpful tools, and a peek through a portal of animal connection.
Sounds Fantastic! - Using Sound and Music in Hypnotherapy
Presented By: Leigh Spusta, CHt
Saturday, July 18, 2026 - Starts at 12:30 PM (Pacific Time)
In this presentation, HMI Grad and Production Director at HMI for the last 30 years, Leigh Spusta, CHt, will teach you the fundamentals of incorporating soundscapes into your hypnotherapy sessions. He’ll answer the common questions, what kind of soundscapes should I use, when should I use them, and for which types of therapy? Which tools are best and easiest to use?
Sound and music have always been an integral part of the tapestry that is the human experience. Our ancestors considered sound as sacred, often used in ritual, community celebrations, and to enter trance states.
Today, a certain song can evoke childhood memories, help us through a difficult time, lift our spirits, or even offer a pathway to healing. Rock-concerts are akin to ancestral festivals… dancing and bonding with each other, and making strangers feel like close friends. Even science has come to verify the impact of sound and music in our lives and it's many uses to move us, heal us, and bring us together. Join us for this beautiful and informative presentation with Leigh Spusta, who will also be teaching a NEW AHA Full-Day Seminar on “Using Sound and Music in Hypnotherapy.”
