Interesting lesson. It’s fascinating when we put our focus on a subject, how much nonverbal communication we can have with that subject. For me it's all about energy, and the practice in this lesson was proof of it. Sometimes what is communicated comes in feeling and images that doesn’t necessarily matches the physical world.

I really enjoyed this lesson. It gave me a much better understanding of how music theory, sound, rhythm, resonance, and different musical modes can be intentionally incorporated into hypnotherapy. I especially appreciated learning how different modes can help create distinct emotional and imagery experiences. I can see several practical ways I may incorporate HypnoAcoustics into my work with clients, and I’m looking forward to experimenting with these concepts further.

Similar to the submodalities instruction because it demonstrated how changing how you mentally perceive something can change the emotion, because for instance, if you no longer think something is scary, then it will not have the same impact on you emotionally.

I really liked this lesson because it was helpful to see so many different examples of scripts and learn how they can be adapted to fit each client instead of feeling like I have to follow them word for word.
