NLP is a very practical approach to human behavior. Initially created in the 1970's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, NLP is a methodology for modeling excellence. It's primary focus is on how to operate your own mind and body to create what you want in life.

I was looking forward to this workshop for quite some time. I had been practicing Assagioli`s disidentification exercise for some time prior to this workshop, and find it one of the most useful practices for one to engage in. I truly believe that Assagioli was correct in that the things we identify with, and attach our ego to, are the things that control us, and the things we disidentify we end up controlling. It reminds me of the Via Negativa and Neti Neti meditation as a means of theosophic and Vedic inquiry. I am pleased with this workshop.
