Moving beyond the traditional divide between brain, mind and body, this course will enrich your practice and unlock deeper levels of insight and healing, for you and your clients.
This certification course addresses the importance of understanding attachment styles within yourself and your clinical work. You’ll examine each of the four attachment styles and how they develop out of early relationships within the mind, body, and brain. You’ll examine the importance of neural and behavioral synchrony among other nonverbal cues. You’ll look at three dimensions of connection: self-self, self-other, and self-world, distinguishing when it is important to close our boundaries for safety and rest and when to open them for higher states of consciousness and connection. This course also introduces fractals in nature for clues about boundary regulation.
You’ll trace the connection between attachment style and various forms of intuitive knowing. Flashes of insight, hunches, and gut feelings all relate to tendencies to either lean in or lean out with people and work. There will be a focus on differences between ordinary forms of intuition that arise when we sit face-to-face with clients versus more extraordinary forms of knowing that sometimes arise when separated in time or across space.
Through a blend of theory, science, clinical examples, and embodied practice, participants will learn how to recognize attachment patterns, tap into intuition as a clinical tool, and foster deeper resonance with clients, while increasing meaningful connection—personally and professionally.

- Understand the four primary attachment styles—Secure, Avoidant, Anxious, and Disorganized—and how they shape relational behavior and therapeutic dynamics.
- Examine how attachment styles develop out of early relationships within the mind, brain, and body.

- Explore key structures and functions of the brain, body, and nervous system relevant to hypnosis and intuitive work.
