Description: Anastasia meets with a new potential manager and is optimistic but has some concerns about the financial arrangement.. She discusses the contract and Tanya helps her work through her reluctance to sign. Anastasia is becoming more specific about how she wants her career to look and describes what will give her life meaning. Anastasia discusses an audition for a commercial she has the next day.
Techniques Used: Tanya uses a progressive relaxation for the induction, 5 - 0 countdown and staircase. As Tanya takes Anastasia down the staircase, she is offering suggestions of confidence, expanding self worth, tapping into the part of her mind that holds her motivations and desires. She uses ideomotor response to determine if she is accepting the suggestions to have confidence, self value, trusting herself and believing in herself.
