Description: Anastasia explains how her sessions have helped her and plans for her future.
Anastasia is learning to validate herself and learning to trust her ability to make decisions understanding that when she is not trusting others, she may be projecting feelings about herself. Instead of putting negative pressure on herself, she is feeling more positive. Instead of anxiety, she is feeling excitement. She will continue working on not being reactive and approach situations with confidence.
