Presenting Issues: Mental Clarity and Focus
Description: Nikki is feeling frustrated, defeated and wants to give up. She describes herself as a big picture girl, doesn’t like to party and would prefer to read, likes time alone.
Where it started: Nikki says she’s never been good with numbers, math or recall. Growing up hear mom would do her homework with her and say “I have a mental block” when they would do math homework together.
How it’s progressed: Nikki is 40 years of age and currently works for a construction company and is in charge of ordering all the materials for various jobs. This requires math as well as the ability to be focused and detail oriented. She made some expensive mistakes recently at her place of work and really feels like she needs to hone in on these skills. Additionally Nikki really wants to go to nursing school so she can one day own her own holistic healing center for women to help them age gracefully.
