I have started this course before, and renewed it at least 3 times. Right out of the gate, I was personally not able to face my own personal journey. Much mental banking, meditation and learning how to manage my ADHD, which was linked to much of my negative self-image, made it much easier to take this course on and complete it, in two days time. My childhood was not nearly as toxic or challenging as many, but it was my own self-judgments and feelings of mishandled experiences that kept me deflecting, Cheryl has the perfect approach, delivery and attitude for a topic like this. All the stars available, a couple of moons and a comet, for my class rating of this experience.
