This story is back in the headlines right now in 2023 because AMC Networks and Sundance TV just recently released a 4-part documentary series about it.

In this presentation, Bruce Bonnet, former lawyer, HMI/AOS Graduate and Senior Staff Instructor, will share with you the details of this fascinating story. You will learn why hypnosis did not cause these teenagers’ deaths, and some valuable lessons about how to keep yourself safe from possible, sensationalized media stories about hypnosis.

AOS Professor Randy Kasper, PhD, LCSW will introduce the basics of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
