This was a very interesting course. At the very end when you took us through the whole 13 breaths and I had to crunch down my chin my own body kind of tensed up like a muscle spasm. It was kind of cool and interesting to experience that and I believe that that nerve that he was talking about the really needs to be worked on more. Very good course.

It was a pleasure to experience this class! Although, as much as it was enjoyable and it truly was that, it seemed there were more like three types of breaths: the foundational breath, the quick yet powerful 'smoothie straw' breath and the smoothie straw breath with a deep holding in of that breath. And as I read the handout it was hard to decipher 13 distinct breaths. Perhaps it is just me. Nonetheless, a very worthwhile course! Thank you.
