Presented By: Lisa Machenberg

Strong Emotions are a part of everyone’s life. Your clients may find that in having strong negative emotions like sadness, anger, frustration, and fear, they act in a way that is destructive to themselves or others.

Based on research, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy teaches how to recognize, name and soothe strong emotions, allowing your clients to make superior choices that enhance self-care and nurture their interpersonal relationships. With hypnotic visualization, the client can rehearse superior choices, measure responses and words and actions, for short and long term benefit.

This presentation will include mindfulness, relaxation exercises, awareness of what is happening in the body, mind and emotions, and techniques to enhance self regulation. Now is the opportunity to learn Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Hypnosis to Tame the Emotional Storm.
