A really great lesson, it was very helpful to see this newly filmed remake of this class, after seeing the original as part of the advanced course I took several years ago and now seeing this one as well, I now have a much better understanding of what to do in the first session than I had from the original class, this one explained things in a way I could more easily grasp. I can't wait to get access and take all of the other newly remade classes and refresh on all of them.
