Join HMI Instructor, Cheryl O’Neil in this hands-on Practicum Workshop on Relieving Stress for your clients. With almost every issue that clients come in for – stress comes right along with it.

In this morning workshop, Cheryl O’Neil gives you tools and scripts to lower, manage, or eliminate stress in your clients, and yourself. Help your clients build Resilience Within, to handle personal, professional, environmental, community and even worldly events, in stronger and effective ways.

For your practice sessions in this workshop, you’ll receive handouts that include imagery, breathing techniques, anchors, and more – all for relief of stress.

The Ice Sculpture Method™ (ISM) – Certification Course
Successive Desensitization through Mindfulness, Integration, and Hypnotic Imprinting
NEW 3-Hour AHA In-Person Certification Course Presented By: Joe Tabbanella, CCHt

Focusing on a desired outcome often triggers resistance due to limiting beliefs or unprocessed emotion. If these unconscious blocks are not identified, integrated, and released, defense mechanisms, designed to avoid discomfort often sabotage our ability to achieve our desired outcome.

In this Certification Course, you will learn how to use hypnotherapy in conjunction with mindfulness, to shift the desired outcome from a feeling of angst and unhealthy attachment, to one of positive expectancy and healthy desire.

Visualization can not only be used as a creative tool, but as a diagnostic tool. ISM helps to identify and remove blocks which may block suggestions, regardless of hypnotic depth, allowing greater absorption of suggestions.

Included in this ISM Certification Course:

• Learn to identify the limiting belief(s) that takes precedence over your client’s stated desire.
• Learn to identify unprocessed emotions that trigger avoidance, coping, and sabotage.
• Learn how to utilize reframe, metaphor, mindfulness and psychoeducation to bypass resistance.

HMI Campus Tour

The HMI Campus is not just a campus, it is really a walking tour museum of 56 years of HMI and the Kappas Family History. Every inch of the HMI campus was designed by George Kappas and the halls are filled with pictures, history, and memorabilia. In addition, the HMI Studios will be up and running, as our normal Live on Zoom classes are being streamed live with instructors in the HMI Zoom Rooms.

Just when you thought it couldn’t be more fun, you’ll have the opportunity to dine with 49 other students and graduates from around the country. All together for a sit-down lunch in the HMI Banquet Room. And surprise… you never know what HMI Instructors might be dropping by for a little face-to-face meet and greet and photo opportunity.

Photo Ops

In addition to the photo ops with the HMI Instructors on-campus that day, the campus is filled with life sized cut-outs of the HMI instruction staff throughout the campus. You will have designated time to take your selfie with your favorite instructors, including Dr. Kappas himself!
