Very complete course with a lot of valuable content, great teacher! The format felt a bit intimidating at times, and I think a more structured, sectioned approach with shorter videos would make it easier to follow and create a stronger sense of progress and completion. Some of the exercises could have benefited from more in-depth explanations, as the directions were occasionally unclear for beginners. There was also a large amount of material to cover in just two days. Overall, I think the content is more approachable in a self-paced, "learn as you go" format.

I greatly appreciate the amount of effort and thought that went into preparing and delivering this presentation. It is rich with insightful information about the main topic but also precious “minor” references to peripheral landmarks, holotropic states, jazz improvisation, James Joyce’s Finnegans Wake, and Mircea Eliade’s Shamanism. I really didn’t want it to end.

This series is fascinating, filled with concepts and suggestions for practice that I will continue to absorb over time, as well as deeply puzzling. Michael clearly has a command of the concepts upon which Erickson's Model is based, although the language and at times the pacing of the presentation, while emblematic of Erickson's style, was equally challenging to follow. I was frequently called back and forward through the videos and text to double and triple check my understanding of the material.
