This was so helpful. I recently worked with someone who had PTSD and used the techniques I learned here. It was very helpful for my client. He was in an outpatient program for anxiety and PTSD. This class was informative and illuminating about the definition of PTSD, how this disorder effects individuals and their daily life, and how hypnotherapy can be powerful in the process of healing PTSD, through helping a client change their interpretation of past traumatic events, feel safe in the present moment and safe in their body again.
