This course is really vital and valuable. I'm glad I finally took it! I've learned a great deal from Bruce during Graduate Case Conferences, and it was nice to have a longer period of time focused on one topic. I feel like I now have the ability to help people succeed with their test-taking goals, even though the idea of helping someone with that made me very nervous before. I also benefited a lot from seeing Bruce work with a client (which it seems like I haven't seen before, oddly). I tend to get stuck in my ways, so seeing a very different way was quite useful. I have also benefited from hearing about Bruce's way of approaching client contact between sessions and before big events, which, combined with the methods of other HMI instructors, has helped me develop a process I'm comfortable with (well, it's still developing!). After watching the client sessions, I went back to the beginning of the first lecture video to once again hear the part about the client passing the Bar Exam (!!!) and sending Bruce happy messages (even though I remembered it, I wanted to see it after getting to know the client). I would have done the live course this weekend, just for fun, if I could have fit it into my schedule smoothly. Not that I feel I need to, but live is always nice. I also appreciate the thorough workbook and research articles.
