Biofeedback is an incredibly fascinating field within holistic healthcare, allowing us to measure the physiological changes brought on by our mental intent. As a child, I struggled with migraines, but through biofeedback, I was able to raise my hand temperature by 10° and lower my stress levels in just a few minutes, going from highly stressed to completely stress-free. While it did take some time to master, the progress I was able to see along the way made the journey all the more rewarding.
