Very validating. I'd done some independent study and attended classes that gave me tools and confidence to work with trauma and stress, and had always encouraged clients who were in deeper struggles with PTSD to seek out Psychological or Psychiatric help, per the ethical obligations under which we operate. This course was a good litmus test that I have been "doing it right."
