I really enjoyed this lesson. I feel that it is a tool I can incorporate in multiple areas of practice. I really like the idea of giving space to an emotion to be witnessed, thus allowing it to be set free and dispersed into the etheric. When space is given to heal, pressure comes off and then the patient can give forward releasing the emotion of the past, so they can move forward in the present and live more joyfully and fully manifesting their goals.
