Interesting lesson. It’s fascinating when we put our focus on a subject, how much nonverbal communication we can have with that subject. For me it's all about energy, and the practice in this lesson was proof of it. Sometimes what is communicated comes in feeling and images that doesn’t necessarily matches the physical world.

I really enjoyed this lesson. It gave me a much better understanding of how music theory, sound, rhythm, resonance, and different musical modes can be intentionally incorporated into hypnotherapy.
