This was such an amazing class! As a person who has experienced not one, but (at least) three traumatic events leading to clear diagnoses of PTSD, and very much knowing that I am meant to help others who have experienced and survived and therefore live with these symptoms... this class was a "game-changer" for me! I have to admit that I have been avoiding taking this class in the past for fear of being triggered, indeed "knowing" I would be however, as I also anticipated, Lisa Machenberg Masterfully taught me ways to cope with and alleviate this response. I am almost surprised at how "simple" these methods seem to be! I can truly see the value of implementing these in both my personal and professional lives. (Also, right before I was going to log in for the class, we found out that a dear family friend had passed away suddenly this morning of a heart attack, and he did so in my boyfriend's car he was borrowing! So, it took me a minute to fully join the class, but I am so glad I did!). It "helps" that I have experienced the loss of many, many, many loved ones in my life, so have developed pretty good coping skills for that and am able to guide others through the process. Anyway, thank you for this course! It is 100% quintessential for my specific target, which is to help others heal from the symptoms as well as to help myself in the process! LOVE IT!
