Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator - Certification Course

I love Imagery work. I use it on my clients, but not all of the time simply because some of the things that they need or want to work on Imagery just wouldn't work that well.

I found this lesson both practical and affirming. It addressed an often-overlooked aspect of clinical work, the therapist’s energetic boundaries and self-care, in a grounded, usable way. The tools for grounding, clearing, and shielding felt simple yet powerful, especially for preventing burnout and maintaining clarity between sessions. I appreciated the emphasis on responsibility and self-awareness rather than fear. It reinforced the importance of showing up regulated and centered so we can be fully present with clients without depletion.

I truly appreciated this lesson. Terry Marks-Tarlow presented journaling as a deeply reflective and therapeutic practice rather than a simple writing exercise. I found the emphasis on right-brain access, dream material, symbolism, and archetypal exploration especially valuable for hypnotherapy work. The integration of journaling as a bridge between sessions, supporting observer awareness and self-compassion, felt both clinically grounded and creatively inspiring. This training expanded how I see journaling as a powerful companion to trance and long-term transformation.

Hope and Hypnosis: Working with Clients Who Feel Hopeless - AHA Conference

I found this lesson extremely meaningful and clinically relevant. It offered a compassionate and nuanced understanding of hopelessness, especially the idea that cynicism can function as a protective strategy rather than resistance. I appreciated the emphasis on nervous system safety and the reminder that hope does not have to be forced or framed as blind optimism. The reframing of hope as openness felt particularly powerful and applicable in practice. This training deepened my sensitivity to pacing, validation, and subtle language when working with clients who feel discouraged or burned out.

Healing Power of Hypnotic Scripts
2026-03-03 at 15:29 Pacific Time
I really enjoyed this lesson. Bruce Bonnett presented the material in a clear, engaging, and practical way that made the use of hypnotic scripts feel both accessible and creative. I especially appreciated how he demonstrated that scripts are flexible tools rather than rigid formulas, and how storytelling, sensory language, and metaphor can deepen therapeutic impact. The examples were memorable and clinically relevant, and I found the discussion about adapting scripts to the client particularly valuable for real-world practice.

Mental Bank Facilitator - NEW Certification Course
2026-03-02 at 13:09 Pacific Time
The Mental Bank Facilitator Certification Course exceeded my expectations in every way. This training goes far beyond theory—it provides a structured, practical system for helping clients clarify goals, reset limiting patterns, and build powerful, consistent internal reinforcement strategies. What makes this course stand out is its blend of psychology, behavioral reinforcement principles, and hands-on facilitation skills. The framework is clear, easy to implement, and incredibly adaptable across client populations. Whether working with students, private clients, or group settings, the Mental Bank system creates measurable shifts in focus, accountability, and motivation. The instructors demonstrate professionalism, depth of knowledge, and genuine care for student mastery. The certification process ensures not only understanding of the material, but competency in delivery—which builds confidence as a Facilitator.

I really liked the presentation in regard to addressing the societal issue of the effects of technology, and namely, social media and the "scrolling" epidemic—the internal issues that have arisen and caused many to form mental distress and illness. The notion that journaling can help to alleviate a lot of this dysregulation and help individuals to learn to get in touch with themselves. I appreciate the app and have already explored using it for myself and will definitely be recommending it to clients.

The wounded/exhausted healer is a very real and present imbalance in the modern day. I learned long ago to shield myself as I move through the world as a hypersensitive empath. This presentation was artfully done and included much in the way of imagery and practice for accessibility of both practitioners and clients. What an amazing daily practice! Thank you again for another beautifully articulated upgrade!
