Produced by the American Hypnosis Association, this short but fact filled documentary, is the first step in your HMI College of Hypnotherapy journey.
This online course also includes a workbook, and online quiz which serves as a prerequisite, for your application to HMI’s Accredited Hypnotherapy Training.
It is recommended to have your workbook open for reference, while taking the online quiz.

I enjoyed this lesson. The history of hypnosis was interesting and helped explain how the practice developed from ancient temple sleep to modern therapeutic hypnosis learning about Mesmer, Puysegur, Braid, and Coue made the progression of ideas very clear.

The questions are completely different than the ones originally asked and focused on. So if people only hear 30% of what people say typically. They won't remember if your throwing them off with opposing questions.
