Produced by the American Hypnosis Association, this short but fact filled documentary, is the first step in your HMI College of Hypnotherapy journey.
This online course also includes a workbook, and online quiz which serves as a prerequisite, for your application to HMI’s Accredited Hypnotherapy Training.
It is recommended to have your workbook open for reference, while taking the online quiz.

It’s fascinating to me to see the advance thinking of people in the 17th and 18th Centuries, and one in between and how the ones that ended up being the foundation on which we based our studies nowadays. Back then they were looked at as not very meaningful, not very credible, and didn’t seem like people were really gonna believe in keeping their thoughts and findings you know alive in the world even to this day.

I thought it was good, decently informative without being overwhelming upfront. Overall a good basis to build upon.
