NLP Glossary of Terms – B

Backtrack: To go back and summarize or review what was previously covered, as in a meeting.
Behavior: Any external verifiable activity we engage in. Behavior flexibility is to vary one’s behavior to elicit a desired response from another.
Break State: To change a person’s state dramatically or to pull out of a state.
Beliefs: Generalizations we make about the world and opinions about it.
