Biography for Apaar Nijjar, CCHt
Apaar has many positive client testimonials over the years of her established hypnotherapy practice. Although she works primarily with childhood trauma, she has offered successful support with weight loss, overcoming addictions, managing stress, navigating life events, grief, and more.
Apaar has continued her education with an Associates Degree in Mind-Body Psychology, her primary approaches are Somatic Psychology and guiding her clients towards compassionate inquiry towards themselves.
What makes working with Apaar different is that her sessions are all longer than the what the average therapist offers at the same affordability. She intentionally offers this so that clients can benefit the most from each session and her clients and her can share a greater understanding of the presenting issues. Clients feel calmer, less pressured with more time, and are able to therefore go deeper into the underlying issues they are facing. This also makes the hypnosis portion of the session more effective and individualized. Another unique aspect of sessions with Apaar is that she teaches mediation techniques to all her clients, so they can continue to self regulate effectively outside of the office.
Apaar continuously strives to offer the best of her services, and treats each session as a privilege to help her clients achieve the results they desire. She continues her education and stays up to date with hypnotherapy advancements and research. With a background in human biology and interests in a holistic approach, she looks at each client as a whole and discusses all possible solutions for the issues they present.
