I am a hypnotherapist as well as a massage therapist, Reiki Master/teacher, alternative therapist (with experience in many different modalities), mind body eating coach and conscious relationship coach through the Psychology of Eating Institute, wife, mother, grandmother, and learner of life.

I believe that if we can understand why we do the things we do, that are not always in our best interests, we can understand our past and change the course of our future.

Experience

My yearning to understand our subconscious behaviors lead me to hypnosis for myself and others.
